Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in a condition deemed as unfit or damaged when you receive it. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at solaraandco.refund@gmail.com. Please note that any refund request that does not meet our guidelines can be refused.

If your refund request is accepted, You will receive a refund through your original payment method. Please allow your bank a few days to process this. You do not need to send your item back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on items bought with gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund and if that is accepted, purchase the item you want. *Please note you will only receive a refund on items that are damaged upon arrival, we have sent the wrong size to what you ordered or we sent the wrong item. In cases where you simply no longer like the item, we will not offer a refund.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
